Hi Elmca - Looks like we may have a connection here  ;D
Elizabeth McAlpine born 1792  Parents Willian McAlpine and Isabel McFarlane.
My connection is through Isabel (1779) who was Elizabeth's elder sister, she married James Henderson, and was my g/mother x3.
Back to Elizabeth - She died at Burnside Cottage Kilmadock 21 Mar 1870. GRO362/00 0018 Widow of Walter, Informant was her son John.
But like you am scratching to find where any of the McAlpine's are buried  ???

As a matter of interest try googling "The Dogs of Menteith"home page, interesting reading  :D try clicking on to the McAlpine name as there is quite a lot of info.

If you like will PM you with my e.mail adds.

Hi shebeat,

He hasn't been active for 2 years but an email notification has been sent to him when your reply was made. Hopefully, he is still using that email address.

Hi, I am only new to this site but I have lines back to Robert Duncanson b 1735 and Katherine King b1737 and would like to add more leaves to my tree. My line comes to Australia in the 1860's.
