  Its possible Ady, some army service whilst living in Scotland then!! moving down here to Stockton, but old George { my friend beleives it was a Scottish regiment } possibley just after great war.

ps. John George Stirling could have joined any time after 1915, if he was detrmined to join up then
been rejected perhaps he would have been all the more determinded { just a thought }
