Oh my gosh thank you. How did I miss that! It is def him as that's his address
But it says he's still with Irish rifles,how did he transfer to london regiment if he was a pow? Or could he have deliberately given the wrong regiment?

Is the date on it when he arrived or was released or something else?

And is the number under his name his prisoner number or another regiment number?

Captured at Messiness in 1918 with 12 Royal Irish he had transferred from 1\6 London Regiment before this time.

Number is minus the 13/ prefix for his Royal Irish one

Were soldiers seconded into other units temporarily? I'm trying to account for how he was transferred to London Regiment in 1916 yet was captured with the 12 Irish in 1918. I've looked now at the order of battle and the London regiment was not involved in the battle in which he was captured, so he definitely was back with the Irish then.
