Hi

Do you have a photograph of your relative whose name is on the Soissons memorial.

I am writing a book about the Aisne Battle in which he was killed and would like to include photographs of those who died.

Hi David, I only have this one image of my relative.
I hope you receive it, he was private James Castle.
73620, D company, 50th Bn, Machine Gun Corps (infantry).

He had been in the army before the war, and he was invalided out.
Either he re-enlisted, or was drafted back into the army.

I have finished writing it. Just sorting the photographs.

Hopefully sometime this year.
