Townsley/Weir - Lochend, Tarbet(Tarbert)

Hello Folks,
                Can some of you kind chatters help a Southerner who is trying to help a friend in South Africa find some facts please.
                Looking for Births and Parentage of  Robert Townsley and Susan Weir.
                They were Married 25 November 1890 at Lochend ,Tarbet.
                 As far as I know friend does not have MC.
                 Both believed to have been born Scotland( although a family member thinks Robert may have been born in thr Midlands ,England.) It is believed he was a twin and there mother was Emily.
                 As they married at Lochend assume Susan was local to there or in service thereabouts
                I did have sub for Anc***** but changed to FindMyPast so no longer have access to Scottish census to find there ages from the 1901 but  would assume both Robert and Emily were born arround 1870.

The 1891 census for Kilberry shows Robert was b 1869 in Kilberry Argyllshire and Susan 1869 Greenock Renfrewshire.  He was a labourer

There is a possible IGI entry for Susan but not for Robert

Safest way is via their marriage cert

I think this is the right 1881 entry as the family were living in Cramond which was where Robert & Susan were in 1901.  There is a Susan T Weir also b Greenock

Susan is shown as the daughter of Duncan & Catherine but given Catherine's age - she couldn't be.  8mth old Catherine is also shown as their daughter!!!
