Death Register Help

Hi

I have managed to find three people I am interested in deaths in the Zimbabwe death registers but need some help to find their death notices please.


The 3 people are John Anthony, Millicent and William McKersie.

The reason is that I believe that they lived in Glendale, however cannot find the district from all the choices in the deaths notices bit.

Please could anyone help, I have googled and it seems to be ILembe, but that is not option, am I just out of luck and no records for Glendale?

On familysearch go to Africa, Zimbabwe death registers and index, click on browse images then go right to the very bottom and you will see the death registers.  Click on that.  It will bring up all the death registers.  Look for the volume you need.

The second number refers to the death notice number on the top of the page i.e. 25/229 is volume 25 , death notice 229.  It is not the image number, so you will have to find a page number and then do a bit of adding or subtracting to find the right one.  I checked William's and it is actually image 256.

Thank you for that, your instructions worked for William McKersie, however by applying the same to Millicent, it is not coming up with her record:-

Volume 34 - record number 65?

Not all deaths listed, I have a aunt who died as an infant, only have memorial notice in paper, died in 1926, death not listed.
