Lookup request for St Swithin's Walcot Bath

If anyone is able to check a marriage against the orginal register for me please.   St Swithin, Walcot Bath.   The date is March qtr. 1858  marriage between  Charles Tanner and Maria Pople.   I am interested in knowing the father of Charles.

I think I am looking at the wrong family of Tanners.  My Charles Tanner was not a grocer and his father not a farmer.   
Thanks for your time, will have to have a rethink. I was always under the impression that the Albert Edward Keynton Tanner (born Mar qt 1864) was the son of Charles and Maria.

But it looks like he was. BathBMD  shows his mother was a Pople.
But there was another Albert Edward TANNER born in the same year. mother BILLET.
