Agree that there is no mention of Lightfoot.  Child is Nora with Maud crossed out. Mother is Lizzie Moore.

It might have been but was crossed out by the parish clerk for some reason - maybe Lizzie decided against it.

Where did you find the Lightfoot name?

Where did you find the Lightfoot name?

Ok so the LIGHTFOOT name is coming from:
she is on the census in 1911 living with her mum Lizzie LIGHTFOOT and Lizzies husband William Charles LIGHTFOOT as Nora Lightfoot

1901 census in hospital as Norah LIGHTFOOT

1891 census living with grandparents as Nora MOORE

Her mother married in 1890 to William Charles LIGHTFOOT.

There is no father shown so the child would have taken to Mother's surname of Moore. Perhaps the mother (Lizzie) said to the clerk "the child's name is Norah Moore" and they thought she was saying "Norah Maud' with Maud as a middle name. That's why it was then crossed out.
