Bridgwater Somerset    Minehead Somerset   Porlock Somerset   
Might be a stupid question but were the early Bushen families in those areas early to mid 1800s related?

Their Marriage is on FreeREG, 26 Dec 1845, St Mary, Luccombe
Fathers are WILLIAM a Labourer and WILLIAM a Mason
If you dont have the 1871 Census for them they are under BUSHAW

William B Married Elizabeth NICHOLS, 21 March 1858, St Michael, Minehead
Parents were JOHN a Sailor and John a Labourer

He is born c 1835/37 Minehead and Elizabeth c 1839 Dunster
1851 his Parents JOHN/ELIZABETH are born c 1809 Minehead and 1810 Porlock, under BUSTIN
Baptism, WILLIAM Bushen 06 Sept 1835, St Michael to JOHN/ELIZABETH, Father a Mariner

FreeREG has a JOHN B Baptised 30 April 1809 St Michael, Minehead to WILLIAM/MARY
William BUSHIN married Mary BERRY, same Church, 12 Oct 1831

At this stage I cant see ant connection between the 2 Families.

Did he marry or bapt a child then?

There is a Masters Certificate issued in Cardiff on the 9.8.1855 to William Bushen aged 40 birthplace Minehead Somerset
