Does anyone know how i can access a copy go the Derby Court of Assizes decision in 1844 convicting Joseph Caudwell to 10 years transportation to Tasmania in 1844?

Hi

There is some information on Ancestry.  He was convicted of horse stealing on 2 January 1844.

His voyage date to Tasmania was 15 January 1844 on board the 'London'.

Joseph Caudwell of Mansfield charged with stealing a horse, the property of John Sheldon of South Normanton.

The Derby Mercury January 31, 1844;
The following prisoners left Derby Goal yesterday by the railway to be delivered over to the Governer of the Millbank prison , London , there to remain until their several sentences of transportation can be further carried into execution,  viz.
Joseph Caudwell , 10 years. ( there are 5 others)

On the England & Wales, Criminal Registers, 1791-1892 from Ancrestry
his age is given as 48 so born abt 1796.
