Albert Charles Webber Dodd died in Tonbridge Kent on 14 Sep 1959.

There is a probate.....he lived in Sussex but died in Kent

there is a mention of The valuer remarked: "House good occupied by Dodd Bailiff"  does anyone know how to find out the name of the Bailiff Dodd?

Have you got the link to the page in question rather than a general link? Or can you tell us when the valuer said that Dodd lived there?

Electoral rolls to get the name of Dodd would seem to be the best bet

Albert Charles Webber Dodd who married Violet Mary Mills in Canada between 1913 and 1920.
