leslie samuel leech,b.1916 in dublin,son of william leech.he worked at the foynes weather station in the 1940s,as a  meteorological officer at the weather station, trying to find out if he stayed there,or any information on him,thank you in advance,tom

Not what you want but some information:
There is an immigration record for the family arriving in Liverpool in 1923 from Canada. The proposed address is 60, Melrose Street, Lisburn Rd, Belfast.

I see that his father died in 1943, Belfast and Leslie Leech, son, is mentioned at Foynes.

Leslie Leech died 2001

I see that his father died in 1943, Belfast and Leslie Leech, son, is mentioned at Foynes.
Leech William John of 4 Belgrave Place Rathmines Dublin and of 29 Clonlee Drive Belfast retired civil servant died 24 September 1943 at latter place Probate Belfast 17 November to Eleanor Elizabeth Leech the widow. Effects £2827 12s. 2d.

Belfast Telegraph, 25 Sept.1943: ... the Ministry of Home Affairs, retiring over twelve months ago. Mr. Leech is survived by his wife and two sons, Mr. Walter Leech. who is in the Ulster Bank, Strabane, and Mr. Leslie Leech, who is a meteorological officer at Foynes.

Belfast Telegraph, 27 Sept.1943: FUNERAL OF MR. W. J. LEECH. There was a large attendance of colleagues in the Northern Ireland Civil Service and of personal friends at the funeral to Dundonald Cemetery to-day of Mr. William J. Leech, 29 Clonlee Drive, Strandtown. The chief mourners were Messrs Walter ...

Walter William Leech married Amy Musgrove Thomas in Merrion Hall, City of Dublin in 1940. He was a bank official residing in Abercorn Square, Strabane, Co Tyrone. One of the witnesses was his brother, Leslie S Leech.
