I have an Isabella GRAHAM born 1799 Paisley who married Alexander JACK in 1821. Isabella is a widow in 1851 and not found in 1861.  No death found yet either.

Children of my Isabella born Paisley.

In the 1861 posted is pob for John and Mary Renfrew, Renfrew or is 'Renfrew' just the county?

I can't make sense of it. If there are 2x Isabella in 1851 then trhe one in Newton St is mine. I can't find a death.

On reply 8 in above post you give details of William Jack (26 year old Grocer) to Sarah Blackley (21 year old Mill Worker) on 8th Aug 1861. Both of William's parents Alexander Jack and Isabella Jack ms Graham are recorded as deceased. Therefore there is a possibility that Isabella was dead  before 1861 Census
Williams address at time of 1861 marriage is 33 George Street Paisley - perhaps a clue to where he was at 1861 Census ?

I now agree after further searching of 1871 census and look up for deaths ...

1875 JACK Isabella (MACKIE)  Paisley, Renfrew  Age 64
1877 JACK Isabella (HARVEY)  Renfrew, Renfrew  Age 76

... that Isabella nee GRAHAM born Paisley 1799 died 1851-1861 but no registration found.
