St Peter's Northampton - Parish Registers

Hi all,

Does anyone have access to these parish registers who could do a quick look-up for me?  My 6x great-grandfather Thomas Yarroll is listed on the 1851 census as being born in St Peter's, Northamptonshire around 1771.  Obviously there is no village called St Peter's, but I've begun to wonder if he was born in the parish of St Peter's in Northampton - I may be clutching at straws, but am leaving no stone unturned at the moment!

If anyone has access to these records and could have a look I'd be really grateful - I have found Yarroll listed under all sorts over the years ie Yerrell, Yearall, Yarrill etc, so he might well be under one of those surnames.

Thomas Yarrow, s/o John & Elizabeth, bpt 1771 Apr 21, Kettering C of E.

Thomas bpt 1771, 2 marriages London etc  as Yarroll
Mary bpt ?, bur 1775  as Yarrow
Mary bpt 1776
Margaret bpt 1778, married Samuel Knight 1806  as Yarroll
Elizabeth bpt 1780, married William Woods 1809  as Yarrell
John bpt 1782
Ann bpt 1784, married Joseph Piecroft 1807  as Yarroll

& Elizabeth, wife of John, bur 1804  as Yarral

Hi again Bryan,

I just reread your messages and noticed you mentioned about Thomas Yarroll marrying twice in London.  Were these referenced in the Northamptonshire records?  Or did you see the marriages elsewhere?  The Thomas Yarroll who married in London was definitely mine, so if banns were called in Northamptonshire and they were mentioned in the parish registers that would link them together quite nicely!
