Help with Will from 1671 COMPLETED

I have transcribed most of a will from 1671, but I'm having problems with a few words. I hope some kind person out there can help me.
And doe [        ] and desire my welbeloved Brother
William Liddyard And my welbeloved Brother Peter Smith And my
welbeloved Kinsman John Hill To be Trustees for my Executor And the
other of my younger Children till they come of Age But in case
when my Rent and debts are paid There shall not be soe much left in
[   ]as to pay my Legacies in manner as aforesaid then my will
and pliasure? is That what doth remain shal be disposed of according
to the discretion of my Trustees aforesaid And likewise my will and
pleasure is That if either my sonne Phillip Liddyard or any of my
Trustees doe or shall [] all or part of that money That I am
engaged for to Mr? Iles of the Devizes That this same that shall be
[] The Charges of [] it being paid out of it To be equally
