Look on google...it is also listed as balmanno street.

I believe there is a book by Meg Henderson called "Finding Peggy" in which she describes her childhood in Balmano Street.  You may find it interesting if you can source a copy.

Hi,

Balmanno Street was located in the area of Glasgow that now forms part of the campus of Strathclyde University.  The following link (http://urbanglasgow.co.uk/index.php?component=content&topicid=1373) is to a very useful forum re all things Glasgow.  This particular link refers to Balmanno Street, and has an extract of a plan of the area.
