Hi, I too went to St. Vincent De Paul's School in North William Street in the 1950's, leaving in 1958 to go to England.  I have fond memories of the School.  My name was Dempsey, perhaps you may have been in my class!  Sister Monica was very strict but I had Sisters Claire and Michael.

Hi Saintly,

North William Street School taught primary education subjects.  I was in the orphanage part in the 1960s.  The nun in charge was Sr. Mary Dinneen.  Have to say she was a wonderful person.  I t was a good school.
