Hi i am researching my family tree and have found my great great grandfather , is John Bates who i assume was born approx 1810-1820 ish, he was married in 1833 at st pauls church arran quay dublin , and his children where also baptised there Patrick 1835..Bridget 1837...Julia 1840....Elizabeth 1845....John 1854..... and my great grandfather Christopher 1850-1934....Christopher married Mary Kearns ( Gallagher )....in 1889 in Liverpool England.. and they had 2 children as far as i know Margaret 1890-1950 and my grandfather ( John ) Christopher Bates...this last info was a nightmare to find as it was in latin on the baptism record... This is all the info i have to date and i'm hoping with this info i can find help and maybe trace some long lost family
