I am researching photos from the small book of my great uncle who was killed in WW1.
The picture of Lilllian Agar has the address 28 Willow St Middlesbrough on the back.
Has anyone any info or can you identify the uniform she is wearing?

Hi and welcome to Rootschat....there is a marriage on Ancestry for Lilian Agar to James Simms in Middlesborough in 1930.

Looking at the pic she appears to have a number 106 on the badge. I wonder if she was connected with buses or trams...

I agree she is probably a tram driver or clippie, google ww1 women workers
I believe some of the tram rails are still under parts of Albert and Linthorpe Roads.
