Daniel Conneely / Clifden Area
« on: Sunday 29 June 14 20:01 BST (UK) »
I am researching Daniel Conneely / born 1800,  Clifden.  (old letter from cousin has words “Peacemaker”???)  married Mary Connery, born 1805.  Children: Bridget born 1828, Peter Dan born 1839, Margaret born 1830.  All emigrated to Lee County Illinois. Certainly other children.   Bridget married ? 2 Children? , then second marriage to William O’Malia.  Margaret married Lawrence Gorham .. Peter Dan married Margaret English.  Thanks!

Should that be Connelly, you have Bridget Connelly in your other thread?

Thank you! makes perfect sense....piece maker as the occupation.  It has simply been misspelled in my cousin's rendition of her recollections.
