Mary Ann Lavens 1869 - 1940

Hello , I'm seeking some assistance regarding my great grandmother Mary Ann Lavens 1869 -1940 I cannot find any information on her parents or siblings going through the normal searches .. She was born in Dumfries 1869 & married a Robert McWilliams ...any assistance would be very much appreciated , kind regards Edward :) :)

Possible 1881 census 6,High Street Dumfries
John lavens born Ireland 1826 aged 55 occupation stoker in foundry
Agnes lavens born Dumfries 1830 aged 51 ....Thomas lavens b1865 aged 16 woollen pirn picker
William b 1867 aged 14 woollen piercer Mary Ann lavens b 1869 aged 12 ,Joanna b1870 aged 11 Robert b 1872 aged 9
Missed out Agnes born 1857 Dumfries

Do you have a marriage for Mary Ann & Robert as that would confirm the parents
Possible 1891 census 9,Welldale terrace Troqueer
Robert McWilliam b 1868 Dumfries aged 23 occupation house painter
Mary Ann McWilliam b 1869 Maxwellton aged 22
Margaret McWilliam b 1889 Dumfries aged 2

A tree on Ancestry has them both dead in 1940 and a marriage for the daughter Margaret confirming the mother is Mary Ann Lavens

A John lavens married Agnes Richardson 5/3/1848 in Dumfries and in 1851 census they were living at New Market Street Dumfries John aged 24 occupation marons labour must be mason ?Agnes aged 20 .John Lavens 2.Margaret b 1851

1861 census living 37 College Street Troqueer
John lavens born Ireland aged 34 occupation fireman in iron foundry Agnes 32 John 12. Margaret 10, Agnes 6, Mary 1 this Mary could be short for Bridget Mary that was born to the same couple or else this Mary died

John Lavans aged 60 ( furnace stoker ) Agnes 62. Agnes Smith ( Laven ) 40, Johanna 26, Agnes Honnan boarder aged 13 she was the sister of Andrew Honnan who married Johanna

1901 census at 23,Shakespeare Street Troqueer
John Lavan 74, labourer  Agnes 72, daughter Agnes 40,Robert Richardson 83

 :) :)A massive thankyou to all & especially rosie17 for your time & assistance , the information was most helpful .. In answer to your question do I have a copy of Robert McWilliam & Mary Ann Lavens marriage certificate not yet , I'm working from scraps of paper with dates, obscure names, & vague information I have received from various relatives a copy of their marriage certificate would be great.. once again thank you very much much appreciated .. kind regards Edward :) :)
