Does anyone have my William Westwood in their tree?

William was born 18 Jun 1814 White Roding, son of Joseph Westwood & Beatrice Wolfe
siblings - Dinah, Elizabeth, Joseph, Lewis, James, Jane, Anne, Emma & Susannah

1841 census show William living in White Roding with his mother, elder brother James and other siblings

1848 Whites Directory White Roding has brother James, publican Whalebone Inn.............no mention of William

1861 census no sign of William in White Roding

The 1851 Census would be really good at this stage

According to this, 1851 is missing for White Roding

Could this be him in sawbridgeworth in 1851?
Says he was born in sawbridgeworth, but that's quite near white roding.
Says he was a lodger and a barge man.

Phebe was 11 in 1851. Its a transcription error.
