You may find this account of the jail interesting
http://www.kildare.ie/library/ehistory/2011/02/story_of_130_year_old_naas_gao.asp

Also you could contact here http://kildare.ie/library/index.html about those cemetery transcriptions.

Good luck.

http://kildare.co/keyword-search.asp?Keyword=Naas&Search=Search

This site says the headstones in all these cemetery's have been transcribed but to where I can't figure out.

Says "Record Of Inscriptions: Recorded by: Naas Local History Group 1987. Location: Co. Kildare Online Electronic History Journal"

See here for graveyards-

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Kildare County Library and Arts Service run the Co. Kildare Online Electronic History Journal.
See the top of the Journal and click on Kildare County Library And Arts Service and it will bring you to the link I posted.

The last entry on that page of the journal has a link to work in progress dated 2007 st.Davids and Maudlins are on that list.
