This gives a John Deane.  Further search on this site may provide more information

The marriage does not give him a middle name of Cook - transcript just shows John DeanE  :-\

Thank you both in looking for me, on the baptism of my 3xgrt grandfather James  Deane  1799 Rushall and a few of his siblings have Cook Dean as the surname and  the others  just Deane, their father is given as a John Cooke Deane and mother Elizabeth, on other baptisms it is just John Dean and Elizabeth Deane, later on in the census they all  have dropped the Deane  surname and are now known as Cook, baffling! and  to why the surname Deane was dropped in favour of Cook in later Years.
