Parentage of Peter Appleby and Anna Pattridge

Hi!

I'm looking for the identities/parents of a couple: Peter Appleby/Applebye, b. October 5 1709 in Gosport, who was allegedly a rope maker in the employ of the Royal Navy from the age of sixteen. He emigrated along with his wife to Denmark in 1737, after having been married in August 9 1735, presumably somewhere in Hampshire. His parents are according to family tradition John A. and his wife Susanna, but I haven't been able to find anything about them.

Also that of his wife, Anna Pattridge, who according to my information was born on November 12, 1712 on the Isle of Wight.

Would be greatly appreciative of any help!

There is an entry in the Hampshire Records Office catalogue for a will of John Appleby, bricklayer who lived at the Ropewalk proved 1745 ref 1745A/002

John Apleby married Susanah Price at Alverstoke 13 Jun 1708

Burials to consider:
John Appleby buried Portsea 25 Mar 1745 (probably matches the will above)
John Appleby buried St Thomas Portsmouth 21 Apr 1751
Susanna buried 30 Nov 1741 Portsea

Peter Appleby who married 9 Aug 1735 married at the Fleet, London  TNA ref RG7/642.  I cannot find an equivalent index entry for Anna Pattridge on the same date
