Bebb adopted by Lewis Family

I searched Belfast births in 1907 for Bebb, Beb*, Be*, Eleanor, Ellen, Helen, etc. without a likely match.

There was an Eleanor Brown birth (occupations of house called Brown) but could have been anywhere in Belfast district.

She was called Eleanor Bebb as far as everybody knows . She married Thomas Jones of Treflech. There is a Birth registration on the certificate No looks like 341

What you've posted is a FORM CERTIFYING BIRTH HAS BEEN REGISTERED, not a birth certificate. Although this is, I think, before the date of formal adoptions (certainly before started in Ireland) then it's possible that she was registered under a totally different first and/or last name which would make it very, very difficult to find.

However, what you do have is an exact date of birth, place of birth (32 Spencer St.), registration district (Belfast No.2) and date of registration (3 May). LDS have microfilmed the birth registers and if your local LDS doesn't have it in stock (most probably won't although there are some such as Belfast and I think perhaps Lodndon and Liverpool that might have it) you should be able to order the roll for that quarter that would have an entry to match those details.

On the 1911 of England and Wales census Elizabeth and John lewis have a child named Eleanor who before being adopted was a Bebb looking for more info on this
