Do you believe that your Mr TAYLOR emigrated to Australia?

This appears to be the marriage of one of John Henry ALCOCK's daughter's

Marriages Mar 1938
ALCOCK    Joyce R    Ipswich 4a/1610
TAYLOR    William H E    Ipswich 4a/1610

There are births for two sons and a dau at Ipswich from 1938 to 1943.

You can search for them here

There are two sons born Ipswich in 1938 and 1943.  There are three or possibly four men with the same name as the elder son however are number are on the Australian electoral roll before 1959, the age that the elder son would have been eligible to vote.  Definitely not the man in Tasmania as he was on the roll well before 1959.

As there is a possibility that both sons are still living I cannot mention their names on rootschat.

Have you any other family information eg what is the source of your information that Mr TAYLOR emigrated to Tasmania?

I do not have a great deal of information except that his Grandson John Taylor was in Tasmania in 2001.
