For peace of mind I would order the marriage cert to confirm correct fathers are on the certificate. But I think its correct.

Kind regards Judi

This could be husband/partner

George Paul Mac Kenzie
Birth 17 Aug 1873
Birthplace Dublin, Dublin, Ireland
Father Archibald Mac Kenzie
Mother Susan Scott

or
Unnamed (male) Mckenzie bp 3 Oct 1873 DONNYBROOK, DUBLIN,
parents William Mckenzie & Charlotte Mary Murphy

Just found Archibald on the calender of wills, administration to Susan his widow. Archibald died 11 June 1886 and was a shipbroker. And in 1903 for Susan Scott MacKenzie administration to Elizabeth B MacKenzie spinster, but doesn't give relationship. The address is different but not unreasonable to have moved in 17 years. Can't see any likely Williams. As Archibald's occupation is ship broker, he looks the best candidate.

Now I've found how to access Irish records, I've found the marriage of George's brother (James Scott MacKenzie) to Mary Ann Rendell in 1894, James is a ship broker and father Archibald is a ship owner. One of the witnesses was Stephen M Mackenzie.
Stephen Maxwell Mackenzie has a son baptised in 1899 called Rubius Archibald Scott Mackenzie, so for Stephen to be a brother looks very likely.

Just found a newspaper report about George Paul Mackenzie.
In may 1915 he was in court accused of defrauding a woman of her investment in a building scheme. He was discharged as the stipendiary magistrate said it was unlikely that a jury would convict. Sounds like he was sailing a bit close to the wind!
His address is the same as on 1901 and 1911 census and he is described as until recently bein chief clerk to a firm of shipping agents.

So although not found guilty, it might fit with him moving to London and getting a job which involved a lot of travel to Portugal starting in 1916.

Marriage record is on line. George's father is Archibold - ship broker, and Rose's is Alfred, which is correct. But he's described as a gentleman. Possibly she felt the need to big him up from a blacksmith
