george Ogle born 1820/21

I am having terrible problems trying to find this man under30 with his parents.  I found him on 1851 census aged 30 with wife Susanna.  He was born in Washington Durham but I cannot find him younger with siblings and parents.  Please I am tearing my hair out can anyone help me.  Thanks Jessy

On the 1850 census it says he was born washington co. durham yet on the IGI it says he was married in Tynemouth and married susanne jones which is correct and had four children one of whom was Thomas who was blind.  maybe the birth place is whats causing me the problem?????  Jessy
