Have a look at the Publications section of www.dgfhs.org.uk for Dumfries and Galloway Family History Society.
You will find the booklet -- memorial inscriptions for Glenluce New Luce and Old Luce for as little as 4.00 UK pounds -- add postage for 250 grams at your rates.
You can actually download their full publications lists in PDF from:

Hi Stoddie,

I'm surprised you didn't get any information when you spoke with DGFHS.
Their partial MI database lists 100 thousand burial records extracted from 24 thousand gravestones.
They have a members-only service where they will search family names and e-mail out the search result.

They offer a one-off courtesy search for non-members.
FENION is a very uncommon Dumfries and Galloway family name.
Their database list only five FENION gravestones only three of which are in New Luce.

I will PM you, with your 3 posts that should be enough for you to get it.

Cheers,
Sy

Thanks Allan, the Fenions you know in Stranraer are our family. We visit quite often but this Buriel  plot is a total mystery as there is no grave and yet all the other Fenions are buried up there. Just frustating as how can a person disappear when they only died in 1924, it doesn't seem that long ago But thank you again

Hi Stoddie

Is Bobby Fenion your relative ?. I will have a look in the free press for that year for you and see if their is an intimation there for the death for you, and see if it can shed any light on the burial for you, i will be in there in the next few days.
My brother lived next door to Bobby in Dunbae Road for may years.
