M, what info do you have on these two Angeses so far to connect?

Agnes b. 1858 in Stirlingshire brings up 6 Nov. 1858 Saint Ninians, Stirling. Parents William and Margaret (Crawford) - from IGI.

More likely perhaps with the reference to Denny, the year before:

Agnes, b. 24 June 1587 in Denny. Parents Robert and Elizabeth (Paterson).

Have you tried searching on www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=igi/search_IGI.asp&clear_form=true to see what connections you can make?

It is the one where Robert and Elizabeth Paterson are Mother and Father. The link I believe is that Robert had a brother William and William was connected to the Agnes 1847(Different Agnes) but can't find the link that definitively proves this.
Any ideas.?

yes I am but the Agnes you are talking about is a different one. The one I am talking about is about two generations up and married to David Gillespie. However in relation to Thomas Loney yes she,Agnes, was married to him. Do you have any dates for them regarding Marriage and Births as could check if it is the same one if you know this. P.S. do you also know when William was born as can also easily check details regarding this.
