SEAX Update
« on: Thursday 06 February 14 17:46 GMT (UK) »
Just to let everyone know that I had my monthly e-mail from SEAX today, and it says they've added loads more parish registers to the on-line collection. These include; Leyton, Chingford and Walthamstow, plus a lot of the "newer" parishes.
So, loads more potential information to sift through!
 :)

At last, was wondering when the Waltham Forest Archives registers were going to appear. ;)

Now if only FindMyPast would upload the rest of the Hertfordshire registers, may finally get somewhere.

Do you know how much more of Hertfordshire there is to go on FindMyPast. I ask as I have an ancestor who on the censuses says he was born in Herts(no place given), but he hasn't shown up yet.

I heard rumours last year they'd uploaded about half, but there is a lot missing.  Wouldn't give up yet as he may appear whenever they can be bothered to upload the rest. ::)
