There is no Hannah Porter death in 1883 aged 77.  There is a Hannah Partridge matches the profile given

1881 has a Hannah Partridge of the right age living in Islington (RG11 268 119 7) who is likely to be the person to whom this death relates.
But she was born in Hertfordshire, so unlikely to be the person born as Hannah Porter in Stepney that you are looking for.
