Ancestors in Oylegate
« on: Saturday 09 August 14 16:15 BST (UK) »
Hi all. I'd love to get in touch with anyone researching ancestors in Oylegate, particularly surnames Brien, Sutton, Furlong, Murphy, McCormack, Butler, Sanphy/Sanfey or Dunne. My late grandfather came from Oylegate and I visited the area regularly as a child. I also have access to a copy of baptismal and marriage registers from 1803 to 1851 (excluding the period from 1820 to 1832 when no records were kept) if anyone would like me to look anything up.

Hello, Yes I'm researching Oylegate, Cullen and Savage. My cousin is researching Sanfey. As it's a while since you put this up, is there anything in particular you are looking for?
