Dear Forum,

I am seeking assistance to locate any newspaper death notice/obituary or information on the death of Percy Walter BASKERVILLE born 1876 Leominster, died Bromyard aged 41, vol 6a page 460. I am interested in his passing at such a young age, regards Jason, Autralia

Have you checked the cwgc site to see if it may have been a war death?

The Bromyard and District Local History Society hold some local newspapers.  I will go in when they are open and see there is any reference to him

Popped into the History Centre and looked through the Bromyard News and Record for a mention of the death of Percy Baskerville in 1917, but sadly no sign and no mention of any Baskervilles that I could see.  The newspaper were completely fascinating and I loved the adverts seeking 500 tons of damson and 500 tons of plums
