looking for burial location
« on: Monday 11 August 14 15:05 BST (UK) »
Looking for burial location for John Drylie 1911-1990 and his wife Elizabeth Hunter Drylie 1920-1993 both were living in Cowdenbeath at the time of their deaths.  Trying to find an obit, where they are buried, or maybe somebody on this site who is connected to this family      thank you Beans

I am not sure because it does not have his wife and I can't find an obit and Sp does not have the actual image available to see the information.    Beans

Yes, since she died in 2008 you would have to order a copy unless someone is willing to go to the cemetery and snag a photo.  You could email Cowdenbeath.Library@fife.gov.uk and ask if they a copy of her obit.

I would send still send an email to the library or contact Norri and see if she happens to have a photo of a stone.

they would most likely be buried in Beath Cemetery which is a very large cemetery.
It has been photographed by Scottish Monumental Inscriptions and is available
for you to buy there is Dryles and Hunters Surnames on their index

or contact Norri and see if she happens to have a photo of a stone.
Hi Don to set the record straight Norrie is a 77 year old grandad and I don,t have a photograph
of the stone
