Barry of Ballina Kilmoremoy

If anyone has some time to spare,
I would like some pointers or assistance with my search

1911 census,
Michael Barry, police pensioner, aged 60, born Wicklow, and his wife Anna, born Ballinamore, are living, in Newcastle Upon Tyne,
they had 14 children, 6  surviving to adulthood,
they arrive, possibly just  before the 1901 census,

Two baptisms I have found Joannes, 19th June 1882,
And his sister Sarah Anna, both baptised Kilmoremoy Mayo,
mother possible Kelaher,
any thing at all would be nice, or where should I start, I have been rattling around for awhile on this one

Re his being a policeman i wonder could that be referring to Ireland as not allowed serve in their native county.

You could try and trace his police record if down as police man on the childrens births.
