Yes the lack of support is disappointing .Surprised that there is no interest shown by Londoners at least.
Once these old constructions are gone that's it ..... the history of them goes too.

As an apprentice during WW2 I was working in Berners Street and it was my job,as a dogsbody,to pick up the lunches for my workmates and the closest shops were in Cleveland Street so after some 65 years in Australia I do have some memories of the area ... as it was then.
Looking at current maps the changes are enormous.
