Drogheda Palace St, Lane ?? Co. Louth 1921
« on: Thursday 03 October 13 17:46 BST (UK) »
I received a birth certificate today and the address for the birth is quite difficult to read, it is in Drogheda. It looks like Palace In, St or La - I just can't describe it any other way. The childs father is described under occupation as 'iron moulders'. Can anyone throw light on the address and would the 'iron moulder' be a foundry or forge?

Also, why is Drogheda not listed in the Census Records? Or am I just being careless in my search

There's a Palace Row and Palace St. in Drogheda- see 1911 census-

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

It actually looks like Palace Ln (lane). I know I like to get things right but I think until I get confirmation I'll settle for that, thanks anyway.
