think it in carlow 98%
Colonel Garrett Mrs Annesley Garrett
then it says Pats Grandfather both Garrett
its in a letter I have
its a long shot but if anyone could help with any advice
or help where to start with this it would help

Annesley John Garrett otherwise John Annesley Garrett was born in County Down.

Per his marriage register entry  (he married Edith Le Blanc Grant-Morris in 1887 in Liverpool) his father was James Perkins Garrett, a "clerk in holy orders"
