Hi,
   There is a record of a Laurence McKee marrying Margaret Gordon in High Street Presbyterian Church, Antrim Town in 1860.

What's the earlier date you can find Laurence McKee in England? Did he marry there (after 1837)? If so, his marriage certificate should list his father's name and occupation although that information alone will not be enough to trace the family in Ireland.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
