I see that you have posted several different but related requests at once.

The source of information to answer almost all of them is Scotland's People. It's pay-per-view, but reasonably priced, and while people might have, or have access to, some odds and ends, such as the notoriously unreliable census transcriptions on certain commercial sites, there is no substitute for looking up the originals yourself on SP.

If you got any of your information from some online tree, be very wary. Don't trust any of it unless and until you have verified it from original sources. There is a lot of plain wrong information out there lying in wait to mislead you.

You have evidently not looked at the International Genealogical Index, which is a useful pointer though it too contains dubious information. If you had, you would have seen that there is a listing saying that William Cooper Fraser, husband of Elinor Anderson, was born about 1835 and died in 1903. This is a patron submission so you need to track down the original source of the information before believing it. You find the IGI at https://familysearch.org/search/collection/igi

It also says that they were married in 1871 in Fraserburgh, so you can get that marriage certificate from Scotland's People. This will tell you who the parents of both William and Elinor/Eleanor were.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Information given to me came from uncle who paid a researcher prior to his death for info and I was rechecking some details.  Thanks for your comments
