Never heard of Uln surname in Scotland ?

Only 2 marriages in Scotland for an Alfred Rae to a J* 1915 to 1927 , only 1 in Lanark(shire).
Alfred Rae and Jane Chapman MILLER 1924 Lanark(shire).

is this in fact the correct spelling of the name?

Don't get hung up on spelling. Until the 20th century there was no such thing as 'correct' spelling. Your name was spelled however the clerk writing it down felt like spelling it at the time.

Putting 'Uln' into the free search at Scotland's People produces zero results. In other words, there is no record of anyone named Uln in the pre-1855 Church of Scotland registers, the statutory registers of births, marriages and deaths, the census from 1841 to 1911, or the Roman Catholic registers, the valuation rolls or the wills and testaments.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

The middle name on that 1924 marriage is CHAPMAN.

There is a Jane Chapman Miller born in Lanark(shire) in 1899.
