Title: Restoration - Wedding portrait GC
Post by: Craclyn on Saturday 26 May 12 23:14 BST (UK)
I have postage stamp sized wedding portraits of my grandparents with a lot of cracks in the emulsion. This is Granda. I would very much appreciate any help to tidy him up and put the missing side bits back.

Thanks Niksmum & Mahalia,

He cleans up into a nice looking lad. Interesting, as he was 65 when I was born so I only knew him as an old man and we have very few earlier photos.
Your work is much appreciatied.

Made me smile to see the reactions I have had about his looks. Hard for me to think of him as a good looking young man so this little restoration venture has been enlightening for me :)

Reviewing my old topics and signing them off as completed. This was my first ever restore request and I was so happy with the results. Thanks again to all of you who give your time to fixing photos. Now about to hit the "topic completed" button for the first time and see what happens.
