I'm trying to find more information about Emily C. Munday (1818-1883) who married Peter Hitt (1805-1891) on 29 Oct 1844 (B. C. Holtzclaw, Ancestry and Descendants of the Nassau-Siegen Immigrants to Virginia, 1714-1750, p. 191).   Peter Hitt was the second great grandson of Peter Hitt, one of the 1714 Germanna settlers. Peter Hitt (1683-1772) --> Joseph Hitt (1717-1782) --> Joseph Hitt (1742-1826) --> Joseph Hitt (1775-1760) --> Peter Hitt (1805-1891)

Peter and Emily are my direct ancestors, and I'm particularly interested in Emily because she's the farthest back I can trace on my maternal line.

Could anyone offer leads or help in finding more information about Emily?
