I've not been able to find Francis on the 1911 or 1921 Canada census but I'll take another look tomorrow or maybe someone else might have some luck with that.

Charles Eborne (writing is faint so not sure if an 'l' is missing) 75 b. England arrived 1905
Eliza Wife 72 b. England arrived 1906
Francis Son 35 b. England arrived 1906
Florence Daughter in Law b. England arrived 1919
Doris Gdaughter 1 b. Manitoba

From the Brandon Sun 5 Feb 1925:

 OBITUARY Charles Elborne  The death took place in the city this morning of Charles Elborne, in his eightieth year. Deceased was bora in Cambridgeshire, England, and came to Canada about twenty years ago. For six years he farmed with his son, Arthur, at Red vers, Sask. Fourteen years ago he came in to Brandon and made his home with his son, Frank, at 1141 Ninth street. His wife died about‘two years* ago. and he leaves two daughters and four sons. They are Mrs. Hodges, Bournemouth, Eng- , land; Mrs. Gordon, Minneapolis, Minn.; Arthur and Frank, of this city, j and Herbert and Ernest, in England. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock from St. George s church to Brandon cemetery.

Brandon Daily Sun 28 Feb 1923, excuse typos:

The dekth from paralysis, occurred iu the city Tuesday, February 27th, of Eliza Mary, beldved wife of Charles Elborne, 1141 $1nth street. Deceased, who came to Brandon fron( London, England, 17 years ago, was 74 years of age. Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons and two daughters—Arthur H., Francis S., of this city, Herbert E., and Ernest J., of London, England; Mrs. A. Hoagins, Bournemouth, England, and Mrs. N. pGordon, Minneapolis, Minn. The funeral will take place Thursday after* noon at 2.30 from Campbell & Campbell’s parlors to St. George’s chufch, and interment will be made ih the local cemetery. Rev. S. R. Hammond will officiate.
