Phebe clerk baptism/birth

Hiya, Phebe Clerk married Thomas Northall at St Thomas, Dudley on 12th feb 1799. I am trying to find out when she was born. I have found her death on freebmd which I may have to order, but thought I would see if anyone could find her before i do. Her death is decq 1842 in Dudley. Can anyone see her on the 1841 census? Or a buriel record? Thanks in advance for any help offered

1841 Census at Cross St, Tipton, Dudley.
Age 60, born 1781. Also says she's a widow.

Her burial record appears to be on frrereg. Did you not look there?
