Could some kind soul please do a look-up to find the full (or fuller) name, age, occupation, etc of this man and his wife?

In September 1918, they lived at Greystones, Halifax when their daughter Jessie Margaret married a French military man, M. Gregoire, and her brother Lawrence Herbert was best man. 

I have details of the marriage. it's just Jessie's parents that I'm interested in
