Anthony Tubbs marriage and death
« on: Thursday 09 October 14 15:02 BST (UK) »
Hello

This is the baptism record for Anthony Tubbs in 1777

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/NBM3-QTY

Looking through family search, I cannot find a death or marriage,

any help finding a marriage or death would be appreciated

Simon

Additional information from the image of the baptism entry - father William is a Weaver.

Can't see anything further for Anthony.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
If you don't ask the question, you won't get an answer.
He/she who never made a mistake, never made anything.

thanks

He's probably a person that I call in genealogy a phantom

A phantom in genealogy is a term I made up for people whom have birth records, but disappear after that, no indication of marriage and death. They just seem to vanish.

More specifically is it a term you use for someone for whom there are no further online records?
There could well be a burial for him as an infant, or something similar, in a parish whose records are not yet online.
