Hi again, the witnesses at the marriage of Amos Pusey & Francis Johnson ie James & Sophia Bailey, looks to be the other daughter Sophia b c 1833, but first she has this marriage:-

Then I do not at present know what occurs, but this is her in 1871/81:-

Sophia 35 b Uxbridge
Arthur James 4 b Uxbridge

Frances Brown 7 Niece b Drayton (Frances looks to be on 2 returns, as she is the 8 year old with WWB and family in 1871)
Residing at Montague Road, Albion Terrace, Hillingdon
Census Ref RG10/1307/80/27

Baptism Frances Ellen Brown 7th June 1863 Yiewsley, Hillingdon Father William Whitehouse Brown occ Basket Maker Mother Ellen

1881 Census

Sophia 47 b Uxbridge

Traditionally, couples married in the bride's parish, and Chesham or Chesham Bois, just over the border in Buckinghamshire is only a hop, skip and jump away from Uxbridge.

Thanks for info re birth of William Brown. around 1798. Through those church records can you find name of his parents and do a search on their background?

My interest is to follow this side as far back as possible

Cheers
